How to use:

Input your height on the scale. Press and hold the UNIT button at the bottom after power on, then short press to increase the value once, hold to increase continuously. The height range of this device is 140cm – 220 cm. After setting, press the scale, or wait for a while to exit and automatically enter weighing mode.

Place the scale on a dry, smooth and hard surface. Do not place it on a soft surface such as a carpet.

Gently load the scale (automatic power on), wait a few moments for the weight value to appear on the display.

After the weight value is locked, wait for the display to show the weight difference, ambient temperature and BMI. You can do this without getting of the scale.
Note: No differential is displayed for first time users of for differentials above 5kg
Temperature Display Function:
This product has a chip temperature detection and display the ambient temperature function, the product is placed in the same environment for more than two hours, the internal temperature of the chip approximates the ambient temperature, if you change the product use environment, it is recommended that the temperature displayed after 30 minutes shall prevail.

BMI/Difference Comparison/Data Storage:
This product has an intelligent differential comparison and BMI function, after the scale is turned on, press and hold the UNIT button at the bottom of the scale to set your height, then get on the scale and measure your weight. The product will automatically search for the closest stored data for comparison from all users who have used the product and will display the results once in a cycle (difference). The results are displayed once in a cycle(difference, temperature, BMl). Finally, the product will shut down after the "M" symbol is displayed.
Note:
• After setting height parameters, use the last set height as the default height again. First time use or difference value above 5kg are no difference value display, weight value lock about 3 seconds later.
• Automatic storage of this weight value and prompt M, about 3 seconds after the automatic shutdown.)
