Shipping policy

STORE PICKUP

Orders can be picked up Monday - Saturday, from 8am - 5pm. An email will be sent when your order is ready for pickup. Once the order has been shipped, it's no longer eligible for cancellation.
When your order is ready for delivery, you will receive an email and SMS with real-time tracking information.

FOR ORDERS WITHIN METRO MANILA

Order placed from 8am - 4pm will be delivered on the same day. After 4pm, all orders will be delivered on the next day.

FOR ORDERS OUTSIDE METRO MANILA

We will not be able to provide the exact shipping time since this depends on the couriers. The estimated time frame for the different areas are:
- 6 to 8 days for Luzon
- 8 to 10 days for Visayas and Mindanao if the shipment is via air, 14 to 15 days if shipped via sea (items with battery and liquid content will be shipped via sea)
